Motivation of non-teaching staff for education

The thesis deals with the issue of further education of non-teaching staff which falls within the field of employee care. Today's society places ever higher demands on workers and organizations in the field of education, so it is necessary for schools to focus on the continuing education not only for teaching staff but also for other workers, so-called non-teaching staff. These workers also need to maintain a certain status in society which they will only be able to do if they have the opportunity to develop and further their education. The theoretical part is divided into three parts. The first chapter introduces the field of lifelong learning, formal, non- formal, informal education and andragogy. The next chapter focuses on the specificities of adult education. It also describes the needs of the motivation of adult individuals to learn. The last section then introduces the barriers that greatly affect adult education. The last chapter defines the concepts of education, development and learning. It also deals with the analysis and identification of the training needs of the workforce and last but not least, the planning of workforce training which is essential in any organization. The objective of the dissertation thesis is to search and propose the factors affecting the development of employees including the criteria for observing the development of employees in selected small and medium-sized enterprises and developing employees there. Observing the factors affecting the development of employees is important to the managers in the process of employee development management, it is based on the impulse of developing the employees in order to meet the needs of the enterprise. The dissertation thesis characterizes the human potential, human capital and human resources including the development trends in small and medium-sized enterprises, and the development of education of employees in such enterprises. It analyses strengths and weaknesses of human resource management and the form of human potential development, e. g. the effect of the size of enterprise on the meaning of evaluation of education of employees or whether the education costs affect the economic results of selected small and medium-sized enterprises, using quantitative as well as qualitative research.
Corporate Culture as an Motivation Factor

The objective of this dissertation was to analyze the corporate culture with the help of specification its decisive cultural dimensions and to propose changes leading to the desired state of the corporate culture, which should serve as a motivational factor. This dissertation is divided into two parts. The first part of the dissertation analyzes theoretical knowledge from li-terary sources, which are essential to realizing the significance of the investigated phenomena. The second part con-tains an analysis of the corporate culture as a motivational factor based on the literary sources and then proposes the necessary changes that would lead to the desired state.
Strategy of Regional Development and Rural Development supported by the EU and their implementation in the Czech Republic

The Doctoral dissertation, the Strategy of Regional Development and Rural Development supported by the EU and their implementation in the Czech Republic, deals with the evaluation of a link between prosperity of a municipality based on the population or migration growth or population decline and drawing subsidies from the European Union. The aim of this work is to determine whether the thriving municipalities are more successful in drawing of subsidies than the unprofitable municipalities. A sub-goal of this Doctoral dissertation is to analyse the impact of human potential of municipalities on drawing of EU funds. The author, in the practical part of the Doctoral dissertation first focused on testing the prosperity of 100 randomly selected rural municipalities and their drawing of EU subsidies during the period 2007 - 2011. For these 100 municipalities was calculated the modified HDI which represents the human potential of municipalities and was compared with municipalities with respect to their prosperity. Finally, there was determined the dependence of drawing money from EU funds on the human potential of municipalities using the correlation and regression analysis.
Corporate culture companies and knowledge economy.

For research of the corporate culture of the selected company were used information from the questionnaire, unguided interviews and observations which were obtained from the company management and from the employees.

This bachelor thesis is focused on the importance such components as appropriate motivation, development and employee education for company's success. The theoretical part contains approaches to motivation, its criterions and principles, also cycles, functions of education and educational planning. The content of the practical-analytical part is identification of essences, principles and methods of education and employee motivation, exploring applied technologies and employee care standards on the example of global energy company "Gazprom". Practical part consists of information gained from official web-site of the company and personal conversation with an employee from Gazprom Corporation.
Motivation of employees by the way of education in medium-sized company

The goal of this thesis was to analyze current motivation system in a selected company and a proposal for further training opportunities. The work is characterized by MOTOR JIKOV Fostron, a long-established system of education in the company and education in times of economic crisis. One of the marketing research ? questioning in the form of questionnaires and interview - was applied in the thesis. The analysis revealed the deficiencies of the motivation system, for which were proposed measures for their elimination. Based on these deficiencies and suggestions for improvements have been recommended further staff training opportunities - in the form of Training internal communications, Employee assessment, E-learning and Operational programme Human resources and employment.
Creating a learning organization and evalueting its effectiveness in business practice

In my thesis I tried to analyze the learning organization and to clarify whether the selected company TETRAGON learning, or what would lead to its effectiveness. Research questionnaire was chosen as a support tool used guided interview with the owner and staff. I am supportive techniques as well as of learning materials in-house company. Questionnaire was completed by 20 respondents TETRAGON Company Ltd. I opted for a representation of the respondents to faithfully copied the structure of employees throughout the company. The results presented in the thesis with a few graphs. The recommendation, which I mention at work, is mentioned several factors which should be focused enterprise. It is now the company that will use my advice, and whether the recommendations reflected and certify in business practice.
Human resource management elements in a context of employment policy

A purpose of this work is a description and analyzing of basic tools and other procedures in a field of contemporary human resource management strategy related to policy of employment. A comparative analysis is selectively applied on a basis of information resources from Czech Republic (CR). The output is a summary of qualitative parameters in the field of HRM and also shows main trends of sustainability and development of employment in CR. The introductory part is oriented to essential principles of human resource management (HRM). Following chapters describe and connect topics of HRM and employment, resp. employment policy. Chapters are focused on a situation in today's labor market in CR in a context of its characteristics and dynamics. Also impacts of unemployment on man and society are described in a wider context. A role of education, retraining, long life education etc. is very important and here mentioned as a positive value on the contemporary labor market.
